PGI provides three different base contacts to meet the needs of all agency owners, no matter where they are at in the process. Whether you are a producer at a captive carrier looking to start your own agency, an agency owner (Captive or Independent) looking for more options and scale, or you are outside of the industry looking to get in; we have options for you that will help super charge your current situation and contractually guarantee you more money than any other aggregator option.

Some aggregators, say they’ll train you, but they have invested little to assure that occurs. Instead they send carrier reps to meet you or worse hold a monthly group call. Aggregators have historically failed to invest in and provide continuous ONE on One training and support for the lifetime of the relationship, PGI does not. At PGI you will be assigned a team of Personal lines and Commercial lines consultants as well as a Licensing specialist. This team is compensated by your level of success. They want to help you succeed! Not for one month after signing the contract. Not for one year. For the entirety of your relationship with PGI.

Simply put, what is negotiated and discussed at the home office with our carrier partners and vendors, is shared with you. We pull back the curtain and show our agents what is on the table and where additional compensation or opportunities can be found.
