Gardner joined Premier in 2020 after coming from a captive sales background. He joined the Personal Lines Consulting Team, and quickly learned that being a great agent takes a lot more than just making sales. Over time, he helped develop many of the training materials and was promoted to Senior Personal Lines Consultant. He has trained nearly 100 PGI agents and is passionate about helping agents achieve their goals.

Gardner currently serves as the National Business Development Specialist for PGI, offering agents guidance as they navigate the world of Independent Agency ownership, and helping bring new agents into the PGI family.

He enjoys backpacking, flyfishing, mountain biking, and snowboarding with his wife and 2 young children.
